This is my original linocut 'Still Standing' and was inspired by the little lone hawthorn trees that I often see on my walks here in the South Downs. This particular tree was so contorted and bent over by the wind. It reminded me that sometimes we feel so blown by the buffetting winds of life, that we actually have to change shape to survive the storms. But that little tree is well rooted in even so, still productive, still giving shelter to so much wildlife, and despite its twisted shape (which I find very beautiful), it's still standing.

This print comes signed and unframed and will fit any standard A3 frame.

Printed on Fabriano 120gsm

It is a hand printed original linocut, unique in its character, and so there may be slight differences to this image which serve to add to its individuality as an artwork.
